WHITES

Tropical WHITE Sangria $9/$32

A taste of the tropics that will transport you to places unknown, unique to its recipe as it is to its home.

Fresh mango & cantaloupe are the starting point guards that dish a dime of joy!

Husch, Chardonnay, Anderson valley, Mendocino, CA $10/$37

This Chardonnay captures the best of Mendocino with lovely aromatic expressions of Mendocino apples, lemon zest, pineapple, pear, and a touch of sweet toasty oak. A rich and silky texture is highlighted with the delightful flavors of ripe apple, lemon meringue, pear and caramel. Balanced acidity gives length to the finish.

2 Copas, Macabeo, La Mancha, Spain $9/$33

Aromas of pineapple and stone fruit greet the opening with mild hints of wet stone and citrus on the

mid palate and back finish. Light bodied, crisp and refreshing. This is one of the commonly used varietals used in producing Cava.

Tukma, Torrontes, Salta, Argentina $12/45

Our intention is to introduce this amazing varietal to our Sauvignon blanc drinkers.

This flagship varietal of Argentina is grown in the high elevation of Salta...dry and arid. It greets you with a nose of romanticizing tropicality, lychee, gardenia, chamomile. Sassy yet refreshing. On the mid-palate it treats you to rose petals and tangerine with a vibrant minerality and bracing acidity. A must experience.

Patricius, Furmint, Tokaj, Hungary $12/$45

This dry wine exemplifies the virtue of the famous terroir of Tokaj and the indigenous varietal of Furmint.

A crisp minerality and the subtle fruitiness of the grape determine its essential character.

A lingering body and long finish on the palate will enamor you into the old world terroir of Hungary.

, Žlahtina, Istria & Kvarner, Croatia $12/$45

Šipun Žlahtina is the most classic example of this indigenous variety. It is easy going, relaxed, the sort of wine best sipped during the warm days. Discrete and subtle, gently gardenia scented with a hint of the sea. Balanced on the palate, peachy, with a minerality and low enough acidity to make it a very desirable companion.
